摘要
近年来随着气体分析传感器的快速发展,大量气体传感器被用在了呼出气体检测分析设备中。本文论述了一种新型的呼出气体采样检测装置设计理念、方法和技巧。通过实例装置描述,对本设计的理念、方法和技巧进行论述。重点讲述本装置通过巧妙的取样结构,实现水气分离,负压区取气,获得传感器最优性能。本文理论结合实践,图文并茂易于理解。
A large number of gas sensors are used in exhaled gas detection and analysis equipment while with the rapid development of gas analysis sensors in recent years.This paper discusses a new type of exhalation gas sampling detection device design philosophy,methods and techniques.The interpretation of the ideas,methods and techniques advocated in this article is discussed through the example device description.Focus on the device through the smart sampling structure,to achieve water and gas separation,suction in the negative pressure zone,respectively,and obtain the optimal performance of the sensor.This paper combines theory with practice and is easy to understand.
