摘要
为解决车用发电机实际运行过程中可能出现难以发现的轻微匝间短路故障,首先建立了发电机正常状态下的数学模型,对发电机出现定子匝间短路故障进行分析;然后,建立了发电机短路故障数学模型并通过park矢量进行坐标系转换,在MATLAB中搭建动力学模型;最后,模拟了发电机系统出现不停程度下的短路故障,利用谐波分析法分析正常和故障状态下的电流、电磁转矩信号,提取故障特征参数。研究结果表明:短路故障造成电流1.0次谐波增长,电磁转矩出现2.0次谐波大幅变化。
Minor inter-turn short circuit faults which are difficult to find may occur during the actual operation of automotive generators.In addressing the problem,firstly,the mathematical model of generator in normal state was established,and the stator inter-turn short-circuit fault was analyzed.And then,the mathematical model of generator short-circuit fault was established,and the model was built in MATLAB through the transformation of park vector coordinate system.Finally,the short circuit fault of generator system in non-stop degree was simulated,and the electricity in normal and fault state was analyzed by harmonic analysis method.Current and electromagnetic torque signals were used to extract fault characteristic parameters.The results show that the short circuit fault results in 1.0 harmonic increase of current and 2.0 harmonic large change of electromagnetic torque.
