柠檬酸对土壤⁃柳树系统中Cd⁃芘污染生物有效性影响

摘要 柠檬酸作为一种天然螯合剂,被认为可以通过改变污染物在土壤中的赋存形态改变其生物有效性进而影响污染物的植物吸收,改变污染物的环境风险.通过60 d温室盆栽实验探讨柠檬酸对镉、芘单一和复合污染土壤中两种污染物在金丝垂柳(Salix×aureo⁃pendula CL′J1011′)中的富集和生物效应的影响.结果表明:柠檬酸对土壤中单一和复合污染镉的形态以及土壤中芘的去除率均没有显著影响;柠檬酸抑制了柳树对单一镉污染的富集总量,对单一芘污染的富集没有影响,促进了镉⁃芘复合污染中镉的生物有效性但抑制芘的生物有效性;柠檬酸对不同污染状况下柳树的光合作用、矿质元素和生物量均产生影响.柠檬酸在本实验土壤中对镉⁃芘复合污染柳树修复能起良好的促进作用. As a natural chelating agent,citric acid is considered to be able to change the environmental risk of pollutants by changing their forms in soil,thus and changing the bioavailability of pollutants and affecting their plant uptake.A 60⁃day pot experiment was carried out in greenhouse conditions to study the effects of citric acid on the accumulation and biological effects of cadmium and pyrene in Salix×aureo⁃pendula CL'J1011'in soil single and combined contaminated by cadmium and pyrene.The results show that:citric acid has no significant effect on the form of cadmium in single or combined contaminated soil,and has no significant effect on the removal rate of pyrene in the soil;citric acid inhibited willow trees′total enrichment of cadmium in in single Cd⁃contaminated soils,and had no significant effect on the enrichment of pyrene in in single pyrene⁃contaminated soils;citric acid promoted the bioavailability of cadmium and inhibited bioavailability of pyrene in soil combined contaminated by cadmium and pyrene.Citric acid has an effects on the photosynthesis,mineral elements and biomass of the willow under different pollution conditions.Citric acid could promote the phytoremediation of cadmium and pyrene combined pollution by Salix in the experimental soil..
