摘要
年轻人群结直肠癌的发病率在世界范围内呈现逐步上升的趋势。与普通结直肠癌相比,年轻人群结直肠癌的流行病学特征、临床特点、病理类型及遗传突变等因素具有不同特征。另外,中西方年轻人群结直肠癌的部分数据也有较明显差异。现针对以上方面进行综述,以期解答关于年轻人群结直肠癌特点的相关争论。
The incidence of colorectal cancer in young people is on the rise all over the world.Compared to ordinary colorectal cancer,the epidemiologic features,clinical characteristics,pathological pattern,and genetic mutations of colorectal cancer in young people are different.In addition,there are also significant differences in some features of colorectal cancer in young Chinese and Western populations.This review is aimed at the above aspects,in order to answer the relevant debate over the characteristics of colorectal cancer in young populations.
