摘要
目的探讨无缝衔接一体化急救护理在严重创伤患者中的应用效果。方法60例严重创伤患者按入院时间的不同分为两组各30例,对照组行常规急救护理,观察组行无缝衔接一体化急救护理,比较两组的抢救结局、各阶段救治时间及急救满意度。结果观察组的抢救成功率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05)。观察组的急诊抢救时间、体征检查时间、多科会诊用时、急诊到手术时间、有效抢救时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的急救满意度为96.67%,显著高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。结论无缝衔接一体化急救护理可显著缩短严重创伤患者的救治时间,提高其抢救成功率和急救满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of seamless integrated emergency nursing in patients with severe trauma.Methods 60 patients with severe trauma were divided into two groups according to different admission time,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine emergency nursing,and the observation group received seamless integrated emergency nursing.The rescue outcome,rescue time of each stage and rescue satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results The rescue success rate of observation group was 93.33%,significantly higher than 60.00%of control group(P<0.05).The emergency rescue time,physical sign examination time,multi-department consultation time,emergency to operation time and effective rescue time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).The rescue satisfaction degree of observation group was 96.67%,significantly higher than 73.33%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Seamless integrated emergency nursing can significantly shorten the rescue time of patients with severe trauma,and improve their rescue success rate and rescue satisfaction degree.
