摘要 目的探讨血清胱抑素C(Cys C)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)联合检测对痛风患者早期肾功能损伤的诊断价值。方法70例痛风患者根据病情分为A组(n=30,痛风合并肾功能损伤)和B组(n=40,痛风非肾功能损伤),另选取健康者40例作为C组。比较三组的Cys C、hs-CRP水平,分析Cys C、hs-CRP单独及联合检测诊断痛风患者早期肾功能损伤的阳性检出率。结果A组的Cys C、hs-CRP水平显著高于B组和C组,B组的Cys C、hs-CRP水平显著高于C组(P<0.05)。Cys C、hs-CRP联合检测诊断痛风患者早期肾功能损伤的阳性检出率显著高于Cys C、hs-CRP单独检测(P<0.05)。结论Cys C、hs-CRP联合检测可有效提高痛风患者早期肾功能损伤的阳性检出率。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of combined detection of serum cystatin C(Cys C)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)for early renal function injury in patients with gout.Methods 70 patients with gout were divided into group A(n=30,gout complicated with renal function injury)and group B(n=40,gout without renal function injury)according to their disease condition.Another 40 healthy objects were selected as group C.The levels of Cys C and hs-CRP in the three groups were compared,and the positive detection rates of single and combined detection of Cys C and hs-CRP in the diagnosis of early renal function injury in patients with gout were analyzed.Results The levels of Cys C and hs-CRP in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and group C(P<0.05),and the levels of Cys C and hs-CRP in group B were significantly higher than those in group C(P<0.05).The positive detection rates of combined detection of Cys C and hs-CRP in the diagnosis of early renal function injury in patients with gout were significantly higher than those of single detection of Cys C and hs-CRP respectively(P<0.05).Conclusions Combined detection of Cys C and hs-CRP can effectively improve the positive detection rate of early renal function injury in patients with gout.
