摘要
文章通过分析高校学生资助政策和平衡计分卡的原理,发现平衡计分卡的“理念,科学性、平衡性”适用于高校学生资助绩效评价。结合学生资助工作实际,对应用平衡计分卡的四个维度进行了适当调整与改进,绘制了基于平衡计分卡的高校学生资助工作的战略地图,并构建了以学生、财务、内部流程和学习与成长四个维度的资助绩效评价体系,提出树立“以学生为中心”的育人理念、打造素质精良的资助工作团队,全面提升资助育人。
Through the analysis of the policy and the principle of the balanced scorecard,this paper finds that the"ideology,science,and"of the balanced scorecard is suitable for the performance evaluation of college students'financial aid.Combined with the practice of student financial aid,the paper makes appropriate adjustment and improvement on the four dimensions of the application of the balanced scorecard,draws the strategic map of the university student financial aid work based on the balanced scorecard,constructs the financial aid performance evaluation system with four dimension,namely,students,finance,internal process and learning and growth,and puts forward the idea of"student-centered education"and the idea of building quality excellent funding team and comprehensive promotion of funding education.
