摘要
近年来,随着全球气候变暖情况的不断扩大,地球生态失衡事件频频发生,极端天气对全球自然生态系统造成了严重的影响。现针对低碳经济环境现存问题进行了系统分析与探索,并从四方面提出了具体解决措施,以创新林业经济管理体系,健全林业经济发展制度,并为低碳林业经济发展提供了理论指导方向。
In recent years,with the global warming,the earth’s ecological imbalance has occurred frequently,and extreme weather has caused serious harm to the natural ecosystem.This paper analyzes and explores the existing problems in the low-carbon economic environment,and puts forward solutions from four aspects,so as to innovate the forestry economic management system,improve the development system and provide theoretical guidance for it.
