摘要
以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为减阻剂,利用自制的输送装置研究了磷尾矿基充填材料(PTFM)的输送特性,考察了CTAB对PTFM料浆输送量和黏度的影响。结果表明,PTFM料浆浓度74%时,随着CTAB添加量增加,PTFM料浆输送量逐渐增大,黏度逐渐减小。采用Zeta电位仪、沉降颗粒分析仪和浊度仪分析了CTAB改善PTFM料浆输送特性的原因,CTAB使PTFM动电位增大,导致颗粒间静电斥力增大,颗粒分散程度加大,黏度降低。沉降试验结果也表明,添加CTAB能增强颗粒的分散程度。此外,加入CTAB能略微增大PTFM的抗压强度。综合考虑PTFM料浆的输送量和养护后的抗压强度,CTAB的合理添加量为600 g/t。
With cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)as the drag reducer,the conveying characteristics of the phosphorus-tailings-based filling material(PTFM)were studied by using a self-made conveying device,and the effects of CTAB on the conveying capacity and viscosity of PTFM slurry were investigated.The results show that with the concentration of PTFM slurry at 74%,an increased addition of CTAB can result in gradual increase in the conveying capacity of PTFM slurry,but a decrease in the viscosity.The reasons for the conveying characteristics of PTFM slurry improved by CTAB were analyzed by using Zeta potentiometer,settling particle analyzer and turbidimeter.It is found that CTAB increases the Zeta potential of PTFM,leading to an increase in the electrostatic repulsion between particles,as well as an increase in the dispersion degree of particles,but the decrease in the viscosity.The results of sedimentation test also show that the addition of CTAB can enhance the dispersion degree of particles.Furthermore,the addition of CTAB can slightly improve the compressive strength of PTFM.With the conveying capacity of PTFM and the compressive strength after curing periode taken into the comprehensive consideration,an appropriate addition of CTAB is determined to be 600 g/t.
