Determination of Indoxacarb Residue and Degradation Dynamics in Tomato by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 为探明茚虫威在番茄中的残留特性和安全性,采用高效液相色谱技术测定茚虫威在番茄上的残留及消解动态。样品经甲醇提取和二氯甲烷萃取后,采用高效液相色谱技术检测,外标法定量。结果表明:在0.0051.0μg/mL范围内,茚虫威质量浓度与其峰面积间呈良好的线性关系,R2为0.9998;在0.05、0.2、1.0 mg/kg的3个加标水平下,茚虫威的回收率为82.5%102.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.2%4.3%;消解动态回归方程为y=0.1154e-0.259x,R2为0.9949,半衰期为2.7 d;15%安打悬浮剂按666.7m220 mL和30 mL两个施药量对水喷雾,施药后10 d茚虫威残留量均低于0.01 mg/kg。本研究结果可为茚虫威在番茄上的合理使用及其最大残留限量制定提供参考。 In order to investigate the residue characteristics and safety of indoxacarb in tomato,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was established to determine the residue and degradation dynamics of indoxacarb.The samples were extracted with methanol and dichloromethane,and then detected by HPLC and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the mass concentration of indoxacarb and its peak area in the range of 0.005~1.0μg/mL with the R2 as 0.9998.At the levels of 0.05,0.2 mg/kg and 1.0 mg/kg,the recovery rate of indoxacarb was 82.5%~102.4%,the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 2.2%~4.3%.The dynamic regression equation of digestion was y=0.1154 e-0.259 x,R2 was 0.9949,and the half-life was 2.7 d.After spraying 15%Anta EC at 20 mL and 30 mL per 666.7 m2 with water for 10 days,the residual amount of indoxacarb was less than 0.01 mg/kg.The results could provide references for rational use of indoxacarb in tomato and setting maximum residue limits.
