青少年心理健康与城市建成环境营造研究--以广州市为例 被引量:5

摘要 青少年的身心健康成为社会各界关注的重点话题。"孟母三迁"强调了居住地社会环境对青少年成长的重要性,但青少年所在学校及其他家外活动场所环境的健康影响同样值得关注。基于问卷调查数据,从舒缓压力、提高安全感、生活便利性、减少不良环境诱惑等方面构建建成环境指标体系,以相关量表测度心理健康水平,进而采用多元线性回归模型探讨不同活动地建成环境对中学生心理健康的影响及差异。结果表明:中学生心理健康受到不同活动地建成环境的共同作用。居住地周边体育、休闲设施可达性和社会治安设施更有助于中学生缓解压力、提高安全感,进而降低抑郁程度;学校周边的社会治安设施和公交站点密度有利于提高安全感和出行便利度,降低抑郁程度。因此,可以通过适当增加居住社区周边的体育、休闲配套设施,重点提升社区和学校周边的社会治安,以及学校周边的公交可达性,营造有利于青少年心理健康的城市建成环境。 Adolescents’ physical and mental health has become a key topic of concern from all walks of life in society."Mengmu’s Three Times’ Migration"emphasized the importance of the social environment of the residence to the growth of teenagers.However,the role of the urban environment of the school and other outdoor activities venues for teenagers on their physical and mental health is also worthy of attention.According to the questionnaire survey data,this paper constructs an index system from the aspects of relieving stress,improving the sense of security,and convenience of life.The multiple linear regression model is used to explore the impact and difference of the built environment of different activities on middle school students’ mental health.The results show that the mental health of middle school students is affected by the built environment of different activity space.In terms of built environment,the accessibility of sports and leisure facilities and social security facilities around the residence are more helpful for middle school students to relieve stress and improve safety.The social security facilities and the density of public transportation stations around the school are conducive to improving the sense of safety and travel convenience,and reducing the degree of depression.Therefore,it is possible to appropriately increase the supporting facilities of sports and leisure facilities around the residential community,focus on improving the social security around the community and school,as well as the accessibility of public transportation around the school,and create a more harmonious campus that is conducive to the mental health of teenagers.
