分步压装高能炸药质量控制研究

摘要 为适应未来地面压制武器装备的需要,提高常规弹药威力和毁伤效能,对分步压装高能炸药技术进行研究。主要介绍了引进的自动分步压装机国产化后的装药原理,通过对影响分步压装药的高能炸药性能、环境、设备调试、工艺过程设计等因素的分析,并以典型产品的分步压装高能炸药为载体进行验证应用,优化了工艺参数,实现了分步压装高能炸药技术国产化。结果表明,人机料法环的质量控制方法能解决分步压装高能炸药的关键技术问题,有利于提高装药密度,有效消除或减少装药缺陷,提高了炮弹综合威力,促进了地面压制武器装备的发展。 In order to meet the needs of ground suppression weapons equipment in the future,and improve the power and damage efficiency of conventional ammunition,it was studied that the technology of step-by-step compression loading of high-energy explosives.We mainly introduced the introduction of automatic pressure step by step installed after the localization of the charging principle,through analysis of the influence of drug installation step by step high explosive performance,environmental factors,equipment debugging,technological process,we took a typical product of high explosive installation as the carrier to verify application step by step,optimized the process parameters,realized localization of the step by step high explosive installation technology.The results showed that the quality control method of man-machine material normal ring could solve the key technical problems of the step-by-step pressing charge of high explosive,which was beneficial to improve the density of charge,effectively eliminate or reduce the defect of charge,improve the comprehensive power of projectile,and promote the development of ground pressing weapons equipment.
