摘要
目的:探究乒乓球运动干预甲基苯丙胺(methamphetamine,METH)成瘾者脑激活水平及认知功能的效益,探索METH成瘾者脑区激活水平与认知功能相关关系。方法:14名METH成瘾者进行定点击球和随机击球两种形式乒乓球运动干预,期间间隔超过1周;干预前后受试者分别进行Stroop测试,同时利用近红外光谱技术分别进行受试者的前额叶和顶叶脑血氧检测,分析Stroop任务中的行为表现和大脑皮层激活水平变化。结果:随机击球干预可显著提高受试者Stroop任务测试正确率,并显著缩短反应时,定点击球干预后未表现出有统计学显著意义;rFEF与lPC在随机击球干预前后激活水平表现出显著统计学意义,定点击球干预训练可以显著激活受试者rDLPFC和rPMC两个脑区,不同运动干预形式对大脑rDLPFC及BA表现出不同的激活效果;随机击球干预后lDLPFC和lPMC与Sroop任务正确率相关性具有显著统计学意义,lDLPFC、lOFC、rOFC、BA以及rPC脑氧水平与受试者反应时之间具有显著统计学意义的负相关,定点击球干预后rPC及FEF与反应时存在显著统计学意义的负相关。结论:1)乒乓球运动改善METH成瘾者认知功能;2)乒乓球运动干预显著激活METH成瘾者前额叶和运动皮层等脑区,但不同的击球方式激活效果具有差异性;3)乒乓球运动干预激活运动皮层与前额叶,提升METH成瘾者认知功能。
Objective:To explore the effect of table tennis intervention on brain activation level and cognitive function of methamphetamine(METH)addicts,and to elaborate the correlation between brain activation level and cognitive function of METH addicts.Methods:14 METH addicts were intervened by two forms of table tennis,which were random training and fixed point training and the interval was more than one week.Before and after the intervention,the participants were subjected to Stroop test,and at the same time,the blood oxygen in the prefrontal and parietal lobes of the subjects was detected by near-infrared spectroscopy respectively to analyze the behavioral performance and the change of cerebral cortex activation level in the Stroop task.Results:Random training can significantly improve the accuracy of the subjects’Stroop tasks and significantly shorten the reaction time,no significant difference was shown after fixed point training.The rFEF and LPC showed significant activation after random training,and fixed point training can significantly activate the participants’rDLPFC and rPMC,different activation effects had different effects on the brain rDLPFC and BA in different motion training;there was a significant correlation among lDLPFC and lPMC and the Stroop tasks,and the brain oxygen levels of lDLPFC、lOFC、r OFC、BA and r PC were significantly negatively correlated with the subjects’reaction time,and the rPC and FEF was significantly negatively correlated with reaction time.Conclusions:1)Table tennis could improve the cognitive function of METH addicts;2)table tennis intervention significantly activate the prefrontal cortex and motor cortex of METH addicts,but the activation effects of different hitting styles are different;3)table tennis intervention activates motor cortex and prefrontal lobe,and it improve the cognitive function of METH addicts.
