摘要
目的:探讨不同体能锻炼模式对大学生心理健康及自我效能感的干预效果。方法:随机抽取xx大学的150名在校本科生,使用随机数字表法分为3组(每组50人)。A组采用契约锻炼模式,B组采用运动处方锻炼模式,C组不进行干预。对比3组大学生干预前后的自我效能感、身体自尊及心理健康状况变化。结果:与干预前相比,A组与B组干预后的GSES评分、PSPP评分均明显升高(P<0.05),C组干预前后的GSES评分、PSPP评分无明显变化(P>0.05)。3组干预后的GSES评分、PSPP评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且均表现为A组>B组>C组。A组与B组干预后的躯体化、焦虑、抑郁、偏执、恐怖、敏感、其他维度的评分及SCL-90总评分均显著低于C组(P<0.05),A组干预后的躯体化、焦虑、抑郁、偏执、敏感维度评分及SCL-90总评分均显著低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:契约锻炼模式与运动处方锻炼模式均有助于改善大学生的身体自尊、心理健康水平与自我效能感,但前者对大学生身体自尊、心理健康水平与自我效能感的提升效果更为显著。
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of different physical exercise modes on college students’mental health and self-efficacy.Methods:Randomly selected 150 undergraduate students at xx University,which were divided into 3 groups(50 in each group)by a random number table.Group A used the contract exercise mode,group B used the exercise prescription exercise mode,and group C did not intervene.Compared the changes of self-efficacy,physical self-esteem and mental health status among the three groups before and after intervention.Results:Compared with pre-intervention,the GSES scores and PSPP scores of group A and group B were significantly increased(P<0.05).There was no significant change in GSES score and PSPP score before and after intervention in group C(P>0.05).The difference of GSES score and PSPP score between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and both showed A group>B group>C group.The somatization,anxiety,depression,paranoia,terror,sensitivity,other dimensions,and SCL-90 total scores of group A and group B were significantly lower than group C(P<0.05).Somatization of group A intervention,the anxiety,depression,paranoia,sensitivity dimension score and SCL-90 total score were significantly lower than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both the contract exercise mode and the exercise prescription exercise mode can improve the physical self-esteem,mental health level and self-efficacy of college students,but the former has a more significant effect on the physical self-esteem,mental health level and self-efficacy of college students.
