220kV高铁牵引变进线谐振过电压事故分析

摘要 断线过电压是电力系统中常见的一种铁磁谐振过电压,严重时会导致避雷器爆裂、设备外绝缘闪络等。以一起220 kV高铁牵引变电源侧线路断线后避雷器爆炸事故为例,结合牵引变压器特殊接线方式,分析此次故障过电压的原因。首先分析了线路不同相断线时过电压的情况,其次分析了工频谐振的情况,得出线路断线引起空载变压器与线路分布电容产生谐振过电压是导致避雷器爆炸的主要原因。针对此次故障,提出了该类故障的运维应对措施。 Disconnection overvoltage is a common ferroresonance overvoltage in power system,which will lead to lightning arrester burst and external insulation flashover and other accidents.Taking a 220 kV high-speed rail traction transformer power-side line after the lightning arrester explosion accident as an example,combined with the special wiring method of the traction transformer,the cause of the overvoltage of the fault is analyzed.Firstly,the over-voltage of different phase disconnection is analyzed,and then the power frequency resonance is analyzed.It is concluded that the resonant overvoltage between the no-load transformer and the distributed capacitance of the line caused by the line disconnection is the main reason for the explosion of the arrester.In response to this failure,O&M countermeasures for this type of failure are proposed.
