摘要
首先分析了输电线路巡维现状,从外部巡维环境、巡维方式、巡维效率和巡维风险四个维度,设计了输电线路项目巡维模式比选指标体系。其次借助模糊层次分析理论,建立了巡维模式比选模型。最后选取某地区巡维项目进行实例分析,得出该地区巡维项目应采用人机结合巡维模式以降低风险,提高收益。
Firstly,the status quo of transmission line inspection and maintenance are analyzed in this paper.From the four dimensions of external inspection and maintenance environment,inspection and maintenance mode,inspection and maintenance efficiency,and inspection and maintenance risk,an index system for comparison and selection of inspection and maintenance modes for transmission line projects is designed.Secondly,with the help of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,a comparison model of patrol dimension mode is established.Finally,a certain area inspection and maintenance project is selected for case analysis.It is concluded that the patrol and maintenance projects in this area should adopt a combination of man-machine patrol and maintenance mode to reduce risks and increase returns.
