摘要
城轨CBTC信号系统工程项目范围广、工期长、内外部管理因素复杂,对项目按期高水平开通提出了严峻的挑战。深圳地铁10号线信号系统工程项目采用PDCA的质量管理方法,通过质量策划、质量控制、质量保证和质量改进各活动环节实现工程项目的按期高水平开通。
It is so challenged to ensure CBTC signaling system project due to deliver with high quality based on many elements,such as wide range,long term,complex inter and external factors.It has been realized that Shenzhen Metro 10 th line has opened up on due and high quality with PDCA method through process of quality plan,quality control,quality assuranceand quality improvement.
