二次固溶处理对IN718合金组织性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of secondary solid solution treatment on microstructure and properties of IN718 alloy

摘要 对IN718合金进行二次固溶处理,研究了二次固溶处理对其组织及高温拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,经二次固溶处理后,IN718合金组织中δ相含量较一次固溶增加,高温屈服强度降低。随二次固溶温度升高,δ相析出减少,高温屈服强度升高. Effect of secondary solid solution treatment on microstructure and high temperature tensile property of the IN718 alloy was investigated.The results show that compared with primary solid solution treatment,the content of δ phase in the IN718 alloy increases and the high temperature yield strength decreases after the secondary solid solution treatment.With the increase of secondary solid solution treatment temperature,the δ phase precipitation decreases,the high temperature yield strength increases.
