摘要
重庆现有的电力隧道应急通信系统大多使用固定电话、WiFi覆盖或手机信号直放站等方式。这些方式虽然成本相对较低,但在实际施工和使用过程中均存在结构复杂、可靠性差、寿命短、设备体积较大很难适应空间有限的电缆隧道等问题。通过比较上述方案的优缺点,提出使用泄漏同轴电缆结合手机信号直放站实现电力隧道应急通信的方案。较现有的方案,该方案在施工成本、维护成本、便捷性、可靠性和综合成本上均具有显著的优势。在现有条件下,泄漏同轴电缆一次性投入仍然较高,大约为传统方案的3~5倍,因此可考虑在一些安全等级较高或工况复杂的隧道中优先使用。
Most of the existing power tunnel emergency communication systems in Chongqing use fixed telephones,WiFi coverage,or cell phone signal repeaters.Although these methods are relatively low in cost,they have complex structure,poor reliability,short life span,large equipment volume,and difficulty in adapting to cable tunnels with limited space in actual construction and use.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the above schemes,a scheme of using leaky coaxial cables combined with mobile phone signal repeaters to realize emergency communication in power tunnels is proposed.Compared with the existing scheme,the scheme has significant advantages in construction cost,maintenance cost,convenience,reliability and comprehensive cost.Under the existing conditions,the one-time investment of leaky coaxial cable is still high,which is about 3~5 times of the traditional scheme.Therefore,it can be considered to give priority to the use of leaky coaxial cable in some tunnels with high safety level or complex working conditions.
