摘要
社会办医高速发展,监管复杂性逐步提高,卫生监督执法面临新挑战。深圳先行先试,将智慧化监管手段充分融入传统监管模式,创新建设社会办医监管平台“医智健”上线运营,实施标准化、信息化、规范化、动态化的全流程、全要素智能综合监管,大幅提高监管效能,取得显著成绩,初步实现了医疗卫生治理体系和治理能力现代化,在全国范围内具有借鉴意义。
With the rapid development of social medical services and the gradual increase in the complexity of supervision,health supervision and law enforcement are facing new challenges.Shenzhen takes the lead,fully integrates smart supervision methods into traditional supervision models,and innovatively builds the social medical supervision platform"Yizhijian"for online operation,and implements standardized,informatized,normalized,and dynamic full-process,all-element intelligent comprehensive supervision,greatly improved the effectiveness of supervision,achieved remarkable results,and initially realized the modernization of the medical and health governance system and governance capabilities,which is of reference significance across the country.
