基于点云数据的齿轮副啮合接触应力研究

摘要 为了研究齿轮副的接触应力以探究其与接触疲劳寿命的关系,文章基于高精度扫描仪所得到的高精度点云数据,并结合齿轮的理论模型,分析了齿轮的齿廓误差,得到了齿轮加工精度数据及误差分布。对齿轮副单个点云数据设置不同初始啮合齿所产生的接触应力进行了收集和对比分析,得到了不同初始啮合状态下全齿的接触应力。研究结果表明:由于存在加工误差,两齿轮的基本尺寸最大偏差为0.04 mm,最小为0.01 mm;节点啮合位置两齿轮齿面最大误差为0.20 mm,最小误差为0.01 mm;两齿轮周节误差最大为0.0451 mm,最小为0.0003 mm;两齿轮的转动角度最大误差为0.0989°,最小误差为0.0003°。初始的啮合状态不同导致齿轮全周接触应力有明显的变化,最大为515.18 MPa,最小为485.29 MPa,其中齿廓误差最大(小)的齿并不一定是接触应力最大(小)的齿。 In order to study the contact stress of gear pair and its relationship with contact fatigue life,the tooth profile error of gear pair was analyzed based on the high-precision point cloud data obtained by high-precision scanner and the theoretical model of gear,and the gear machining accuracy data was obtained and as well as its error distribution.The contact stress of different initial meshing teeth is collected and analyzed,and the contact stress of the whole tooth under different initial meshing states is obtained.The results show that:due to the machining error,the maximum deviation in the basic size of the two gears is 0.04 mm,and the minimum is 0.01 mm;the maximum error of the tooth surface of the two gears at the node meshing position is 0.20 mm,and the minimum error is 0.01 mm;the maximum error of the two gears is 0.0451 mm,and the minimum is 0.0003;The maximum error of the rotation angle of the two gears is 0.0989°,and the minimum error is 0.0003°.The maximum contact stress is 515.18 MPa,and the minimum is 485.29 MPa.The tooth with the largest(small)profile error is not necessarily the one with the maximum(small)contact stress.
