摘要
随着我国中小城市的快速发展,城市生活垃圾产量与日俱增,“垃圾围城”现象日益突出,中小城市实行生活垃圾分类符合国家政策和现实需要。充分认识我国中小城市生活垃圾分类的现状和困境,在借鉴国内外中小城市生活垃圾分类成功经验的基础上,从宣传教育、法律法规、主体协同、处理体系等角度,对我国中小城市生活垃圾分类提出对策建议,以推进我国中小城市生活垃圾分类的顺利实施,促进我国中小城市的可持续发展。
With the rapid development of small and medium-sized cities in China,the problem of“Besieged by Garbage”has become more and more prominent.So the implementation of domestic waste classification in small and medium-sized cities accords with national policies and realistic demand.By sorting out the small and medium-sized cities’successful experience of Domestic Waste Classification both at home and abroad.this paper puts forward some suggestions for the classification of domestic waste in small and medium-sized cities in China,which Start from the aspects of publicity and education,laws and regulations,coordination of main bodies and treatment system.they promote the smooth implementation of the classification of domestic waste in small and medium-sized cities in China and realize the sustainable development of small and medium-sized cities in China.
