摘要
农村闲置宅基地的盘活是宅基地改革的重要方向,也是推动乡村振兴的应有之义。盘活宅基地,合理发展特色民宿产业,有利于乡村经济发展。针对利用农村闲置宅基地发展民宿的现实困境,应完善土地使用权流转规定,对乡村民宿发展进行统一规划,在民宿经营中融入当地文化,并加强政府管理。
The revitalization of rural idle homestead is not only an important direction of homestead reform,but also an essential part of promoting rural revitalization.It’s conducive to rural economic development to revitalize the homestead and reasonably develop characteristic homestay industry.In view of the realistic dilemma of developing homestay industry with idle homesteads,we should improve the regulations on the transfer of land use rights,make a unified plan for the development of rural homestay,incorporate local culture into the homestay operations and strengthen the government management.
