摘要
GTCP331-350C是一种安装在空客A330及A340系列飞机上的辅助动力装置(简称APU),其功用是向飞机提供电源和气源。其中,气源供给是通过ECU(电子控制组件)控制负载压气机系统来实现的,而对IGV连杆长度调节就是其中比较重要的一个环节。通过对该系统原理的介绍、技术分析、操作难点探讨以及经验总结,说明如何在维修中正确、快速地调节IGV连杆长度,确保组装负载组件一次试车成功。
GTCP331-350c is an auxiliary power unit(APU)installed on Airbus A330 and A340 series aircraft to provide power and air supply to the aircraft.The air supply is realized by ECU’s control over load compressor system,IGV connecting rod length adjustment being one of the important links.Through the introduction of system principle,technical analysis,description of operation difficulties and summary of experience,this article explains how to adjust the length of IGV connecting rod correctly and quickly in the maintenance process,thus ensuring successful assembly of load components on the first trial.
