黑麂5个部位被毛形态学特征研究 被引量:1

Study on the Morphological Characteristics of the Hair from 5 Parts of Muntiacus crinifrons

摘要 利用扫描电镜和偏振光显微镜对黑麂头部、颈部、背部、腹部和臀部5个部位被毛的显微结构进行观察,选用髓质指数、各类型鳞片长度占比、最粗处鳞片长度、最粗处宽度以及长宽比、最粗处鳞片数量6个形态学指标研究黑麂毛的显微结构特征。结果表明:5个部位的髓质花纹相似,髓质指数为69.1%~93.8%,除腹部和臀部外,其余部位间差异均显著;各部位被毛鳞片花纹的主要类型为杂波型和扁平型,其中头部的杂波形鳞片占比86.7%,其余几个部位的占比均在30%以下;鳞片长度为31.33~56.52μm、宽度为7.56~12.91μm、长宽比为0.14~0.28、鳞片数量为6.10~9.72,除颈部和背部的鳞片宽度、头部和腹部的鳞片长宽比、腹部和臀部的鳞片数量差异不显著外,其他指标在任2个部位间均存在差异。因此,利用黑麂毛发进行物种识别鉴定时,要确定样品的来源部位。 A study of the microstructure of hair’s from the head,the neck,back,the abdomen and the hip of Muntiacus crinifrons was conducted by scanning electronic microscope and polarized optial microscope,we selected 6 morphology indices including medullary index,the ratio of the different scales type to the total length of the hair,length and width of scales from the thickest part of hairs,length-width ratio of scales from the thickest part of hairs and scales number from the thickest part of hairs in order to research the microstructure of the black muntjac’hair.The results showed that the medullary was not distinct difference,and the medullary index ranged from 69.1%to 93.8%,the medullary index was a significant difference among 5 parts except for between the abdomen and the hip.The dominant scale pattern in different parts of black muntjac were irregular wave type and flat type,and the proportion of the irregular wave type was 86.7%from the head,another parts were all below 30%.The length and width of scales from the thickest part of hairs ranged from 31.33μm to 56.52μm,the width of scales from the thickest part of hairs ranged from 7.56μm to 12.91μm,the length-width ratio of scales from the thickest part of hairs ranged from 0.14 to 0.28,the scales number from the thickest part of hairs ranged from 6.10 to 9.72,there were significant differences in 4 morphology indices between 2 parts except for the width between neck and back,the ratio of length-width between head and abdomen,the number of scales between abdomen and hip.Therefore,we must determine the source of the sample when we identify species by morphological characteristics.
