原位衍生化测定干血斑中的药毒物研究进展

摘要 与血液检材相比,干血斑(Dried blood spot,DBS)具有稳定、易储存、用量小等优势,使其成为血样采集、运输、存储的一种最佳选择。通过衍生化,可以改善目标分析物的色谱行为、提高检测灵敏度。近年来,原位衍生化广泛应用于DBS中药毒物分析,简化了样品前处理过程,缩短了分析时间。本文简要介绍了原位衍生化技术和DBS技术,综述了使用原位衍生化技术测定DBS中药毒物的应用,并对其发展前景进行了展望。 Compared with blood samples,dried blood spot(DBS)has many advantages of stability,easy storage and small dosage,making it the best choice for blood sample collection,transportation and storage.By derivatization,the chromatographic behavior and detection sensitivity of target analytes can be improved.In recent years,in-situ derivatization has been widely used in the drugs and toxicological analysis in DBS,which simplifies the sample pretreatment process and shortens the analysis time.In this paper,DBS technology and in-situ derivatization technology are briefly introduced.The application of in-situ derivatization technology in the determination of drugs and toxicants in DBS is summarized,and its development prospect is prospected.
