摘要
职业教育要坚持面向市场、服务发展、促进就业的办学方向,推进产教融合、校企合作,培养更多的高技能人才。篮球课程作为球类教学的模块,深受学生喜爱,在实际教学中,学生的身体形态、机能、素质等存在差异,面对这种情况,笔者认为要实施差异教学,才能有效地解决问题。该文以中职篮球课程实施差异教学为切入点,分析差异教学的内涵本质,从教学内容、教学目标、教学方法、教学评价方面提出策略,以期提高学生学习篮球的兴趣,提高教学质量,让每个中职学生都受益。
Vocational education must adhere to the direction of running schools that are market-oriented,service development,and employment promotion,promote the integration of production and education,school-enterprise cooperation,and cultivate more highly skilled talents.As a module of ball teaching,basketball courses are very popular among students.In actual teaching,there are differences in students'physical shape,function,and quality.Faced with this situation,the author believes that the implementation of differentiated teaching can effectively solve the problem.This article takes the implementation of differential teaching in secondary vocational basketball courses as the starting point,analyzes the essence of differential teaching,and proposes strategies in terms of teaching content,teaching goals,teaching methods,and teaching evaluation,in order to increase students'interest in learning basketball,improve teaching quality,and make every all secondary vocational students have benefited.
