摘要
目的对不同产地延胡索根际土壤及其植株不同部位的无机元素含量及其相关性进行分析,为延胡索无机元素诊断、重金属污染风险管理提供依据。方法采用微波消解处理延胡索样品与根际土壤,通过原子吸收分光光度法测定无机元素含量,利用SPSS20.0软件进行分析比较。结果不同产地延胡索根际土壤无机元素含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且与延胡索不同部位无机元素含量呈现一定的相关性。延胡索根际土壤中磷、钾、钠元素含量较高,茎和叶中锌、镍、铜、镉元素的丰度远高于其他元素,块茎对氮、钙有较强的富集作用,茎和叶对氮、钙、钾、镁、锌、铜、镉具有较强的富集作用。所有产地延胡索根际土壤污染等级评价均未超过警戒线。结论延胡索不同部位与其根际土壤中无机元素既存在协同作用又具有拮抗作用;延胡索可选择性吸收无机营养元素,其茎和叶无机元素含量丰富。
Objective To analyze the content and correlation of inorganic elements in rhizosphere soil and different parts of Corydalis yanhusuo from different producing areas;To provide basis for the diagnosis of inorganic elements,the risk management of heavy metal pollution.Methods The microwave digestion was used to treat the samples of C.yanhusuo and rhizosphere soil.The content of inorganic elements were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry and analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software.Results The differences of inorganic elements in rhizosphere soil of C.yanhusuo from different producing areas showed statistical significance(P<0.05),and showed a certain correlation with the content of inorganic elements in different parts of C.yanhusuo.The content of P,K,Na in rhizosphere soil of C.yanhusuo was higher;the abundance of Zn,Ni,Cu,Cd in its stem and leaf was much higher than other elements;its tuber had a strong enrichment effect on N,Ca;its stem and leaf had a strong enrichment effect on N,Ca,K,Mg,Zn,Cu,Cd.The evaluation of pollution level of rhizosphere soil in all areas had not exceeded the warning line.Conclusion The inorganic elements in different parts of C.yanhusuo and its rhizosphere soil have both synergistic and antagonistic effects.C.yanhusuo can selectively absorb inorganic nutrients,and its stems and leaves are rich in inorganic elements.
