摘要
目的:探讨平消胶囊联合埃克替尼治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的有效性与安全性。方法:选取晚期NSCLC患者58例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各29例。对照组予埃克替尼,观察组在对照组基础上联合平消胶囊。两组患者均以3个月为1周期,服药至病情进展或死亡或出现不可耐受的不良反应而终止治疗。统计分析两组疾病控制率、疾病无进展生存期(PFS)、生活质量评定(EORTC QLQ-C30)、体力状态(PS),并记录不良反应发生情况。结果:与对照组相比,疾病控制率观察组优于对照组(P <0.05)。总健康领域及功能领域中对躯体功能、情绪功能,症状领域中对疲倦和疼痛的改善,观察组优于对照组(P <0.05)。且观察组皮疹发生率低于治疗组(P <0.05)。结论:平消胶囊联合埃克替尼可提高晚期NSCLC患者的治疗效果,延长生存时间,提高治疗后生活质量,减少药物不良反应。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Pingxiao capsule combined with icotinib hydrochlorid in the treatment of advanced NSCLC.Methods:58 patients with advanced NSCLC were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,29 cases in each group.The control group was given icotinib hydrochlorid,and the experimental group was combined with Pingxiao capsule on the basis of the control group.Both groups of patients discontinued treatment with a 3-month cycle of 1 to the course of progression or death or an intolerable adverse reaction.The short-term efficacy,progression-free survival(PFS),quality of life assessment(EORTC QLQ-C30),physical status(PS),and toxicity were recorded.Results:Compared with the control group,the short-term efficacy control rate experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).In the general health field and functional areas,the improvement of fatigue and pain in the body function,emotional function and symptom area was better in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of rash in the experimental group was lower than that in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pingxiao capsule combined with icotinib hydrochlorid can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with advanced NSCLC,prolong their survival time,improve their quality of life after treatment,and reduce the side effects of drugs.
