火焰原子吸收光谱法间接快速测定水中5-氨基乙酰丙酸

Rapid indirect determination of 5-aminolevulinic acid in water by flame atomic absorption spectrometry

摘要 目的建立基于火焰原子吸收光谱法间接测定生活饮用水中5-氨基乙酰丙酸含量的方法,并对水样中5-氨基乙酰丙酸进行检测。方法取5 ml水样于10 ml离心管中,加入适当硫化锌悬浮液振荡混匀,静置后,离心滤膜过滤后分析,以纯水空白为参比,火焰原子吸收光谱法定量。并对仪器条件、溶液的p H值、硫化锌悬浮液的加入量、静置反应时间、滤膜的选择进行了比较优化。结果当溶液p H值在4~7、硫化锌悬浮液加入量0.5 ml、振荡混匀时间1 min、静置反应时间为20 min、滤膜选择为水相25 mm×0.22μm滤膜过滤实验效果最佳。在最佳的实验条件下,0.5μg/ml~20μg/ml质量浓度范围内目标物的线性关系良好,其相关系数r=0.9991。该方法检出限为0.2μg/ml,定量限为0.5μg/ml,加标回收率为103.8%~106.5%,RSD为3.8%~6.4%。结论本方法用时短,试剂用量少,优化检测条件,在最佳条件下对生活饮用水的检测取得了很好的效果,且具有良好的选择性和线性相关性。 Objective A method for the indirect determination of 5-aminolevulinic acid in drinking water based on flame atomic absorption spectrometry was established,and 5-aminolevulinic acid in water samples was detected.Methods Five ml water sample was put into a 10 ml centrifuge tube,and appropriate zinc sulfide suspension was added to shake and mix in an oscillating manner.After standing,the centrifuge filter membrane was filtered and analyzed.Pure water blank was used as a reference and quantified by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The conditions of the instrument,pH of the solution,the amount of zinc sulfide suspension,the time of standing reaction and the choice of filter membrane were optimized.Results When the pH of the solution is within 4-7,the amount of zinc sulfide suspension is 0.5 ml,the oscillation mixing time is 1 minute,the standing reaction time is 20 minutes,and the filtration membrane is 25 mm×0.22 meters water phase.The filtration experiment results are the best.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the linear relationship between the target objects in the range of 0.5μg/ml-20μg/ml mass concentration was good,and its correlation coefficient(r)is 0.9991.The detection limit of this method is 0.2μg/ml,and the ration limit is 0.5μg/ml.The standard recovery is wihtin 103.8%-106.5%,and the RSD is within 3.8%-6.4%.Conclusion This method is short in time and less in reagent dosage.After optimizing the detection conditions,it has achieved good results in the detection of drinking water under the best conditions,and has a good selectivity and linear correlation.
