材料组分对水泥稳定碎石抗裂性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 板状水泥稳定碎石基层结构对温湿度变化较为敏感,极易产生收缩裂缝,对路面结构的承载力和耐久性都将产生不良影响。通过在水泥稳定碎石中添加外加剂、掺合料或改变材料组分降低收缩性能是提高水泥稳定碎石抗裂性能的有效方法。综述了现有提高水泥稳定碎石基层抗裂性能外加剂、掺合料及其他组分的种类及作用机理,分析了典型外加剂、掺合料及纤维等对水泥稳定碎石收缩性能的影响规律。结果表明,基于降低水表面张力、减少空隙率、延缓凝结速率、膨胀补偿等机理,优化材料组分可有效降低水泥稳定碎石的收缩特性。最终,针对水泥稳定碎石抗裂性改善措施存在问题,提出了未来可能的发展方向。 The shape of pavement base layer paved with cement-stabilized aggregate was plate, which presented a greater length, width, and thickness ratio. The typical plate structure was sensitive to changes in temperature and humidity, and was prone to shrinkage cracks, which would adversely affect the bearing capacity and durability of the pavement structure. Adding additives, admixtures or changing material components in cement-stabilized aggregate to reduce shrinkage performance has been an effective method to improve the crack resistance of cement-stabilized aggregate. The types and mechanisms of existing additives, admixtures and other components for improving the crack resistance of cement-stabilized aggregate were reviewed, the influence of typical additives, admixtures and fibers on the shrinkage performance of cementstabilized aggregate were analyzed. The results showed that optimizing the material composition could effectively reduce the shrinkage characteristics of cement-stabilized aggregate on the mechanisms of reducing water surface tension, reducing porosity, delaying the setting rate, and expanding compensation. Finally, in view of the problems existing in the current method of cement-stabilized aggregate anti-cracking performance, the possible future development direction was proposed.
