摘要
热轧H型钢在公路桥梁中主要应用于临时结构和次要受力构件,以杭绍甬高速公路(G92N杭州湾地区环线并行线)杭州至绍兴段初步设计为工程背景,研究了热轧H型钢组合梁在公路桥梁中的适用性。调研了国内外目前生产和规划生产的热轧H型钢规格及供货情况;将规格划分为700mm、900mm、1100mm、1172mm四类,通过ANSYS实体+板单元建模计算分析,得到四种规格热轧H型钢组合梁的极限跨径分别为16m、20m、25m、35m,并进行了经济性分析,发现由于热轧H型钢的断面特征固定,导致用作热轧H型钢组合梁时用钢量偏大。提出了研发上、下翼缘板和腹板厚度可调节的热轧H型钢断面的建议,可作为热轧H型钢组合梁在公路桥梁中推广应用的技术路径。
Hot rolled H-beam is mainly used in temporary structures and secondary load-bearing components in highway bridges.This paper studies the applicability of hot-rolled H-beam in Highway Bridges Based on the preliminary design of Hangzhou Shaoxing section of Hangzhou Shaoxing Expressway(G92N Hangzhou Bay area loop parallel line).First of all,the specifications and supply of hot-rolled H-beam produced and planned at home and abroad are investigated.Then,the specifications are divided into 700mm,900mm,1100mm and 1172mm.The ultimate span of four specifications of hot-rolled H-beam is 16m,20m,25m and 35m respectively through the modeling calculation and analysis of ANSYS solid+plate element,and the economic analysis is carried out.It is found that the section characteristics of hot-rolled H-beam are fixed,which leads to a large amount of steel used for hot-rolled H-beam composite beams.The suggestion of developing hot-rolled H-beam section with adjustable thickness of upper and lower flange plates and webs is put forward,which can be used as a technical path for the popularization and application of hot-rolled H-beam composite beams in highway bridges.
