摘要
如果人行天桥架设在信号灯前停车线的上方,往往会有很多车辆在停车线处等待通行或准备停车待行,平均车速较小,一旦人行天桥出现结构问题,将造成严重的事故,存在很大的安全隐患,为排除此类安全隐患,以选择平均车速较大且避开因交通信号灯等因素引起车辆停驻的区域为原则,提出了一套“宜动避静”的人行天桥选址方案。
If the pedestrian overpass is erected above the stop line in front of the signal light,many vehicles will wait for passing or ready to stop at the stop line,and the average speed is small.Once the pedestrian overpass has structural problems,it will cause serious accidents and great potential safety hazard.In order to avoid this kind of hidden danger,a set of"motion-advocating and quietness-avoiding"selection schemes for the pedestrian overpass areput forward based on the principle of choosing the area with high average speed and causing vehicle parking due to factors like traffic lights and so on.
