固相萃取-气相色谱/串联质谱法测定废棉中18种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂 被引量:2

Determination of 18 phthalate plasticizers in waste cotton by solid phase extractiongas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry

摘要 建立了固相萃取-气相色谱/串联质谱(SPE-GC/MS)对废棉中18种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的分析方法。样品用乙酸乙酯-正己烷提取,HC-C_(18)固相萃取柱富集与净化,经HP-5MS毛细管色谱柱分离,选择离子扫描(SIM)模式,外标法定量。18种增塑剂在0.1~10μg/mL(DIHP,DINP,DIDP为0.5~50μg/mL)范围内均呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9959~1.0000,检出限为0.051~1.73μg/g,定量限为0.24~6.94μg/g。在加标水平下,18种增塑剂的回收率为82.2%~104.7%,日内及日间的相对标准偏差分别为1.1%~7.9%和0.8%~8.3%。方法适用于废棉中邻苯二酸酯类增塑剂的分析。 A solid phase extraction-gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(SPE-GC/MS)method was established for the analysis of 18 phthalate plasticizers in waste cotton.The research results showed that when the sample was extracted with ethyl acetate-n-hexane(1:3,V/V),enriched and purified with the HC-C_(18) solid phase extraction column,separated with the HP-5 MS capillary column,analyzed with the selected ion scanning(SIM)mode and external standard method for quantification,good linear relationships were found for 18 plasticizers in the range of 0.1-10μg/m L(DIHP,DINP,DIDP were 0.5-50μg/m L).The correlation coefficient was 0.9959-1.0000,the detection limit was 0.051-1.73μg/g,and the quantification limit was0.24-6.94μg/g,respectively.At the spiked levels of 0.2,1,and 5μg/m L,the recoveries of the 18 plasticizers were 82.2%-104.7%,and the intra-day and inter-day relative standard deviations were 1.1%-7.9%and 0.8%-8.3%,respectively.This method is suitable for the analysis of phthalate plasticizers in waste cotton.
