防爆设备一体化管理平台的建设研究 被引量:2

摘要 目前,我国面临涉爆区域爆炸风险管理态势十分严峻。由于防爆技术型式较多、防爆标准较多、防爆产品型式多样以及新技术在防爆领域的使用,国内没有专业的防爆设备管理平台,急需采用先进的手段对涉爆区域进行防爆设备一体化管理。平台基于防爆产品检测认证与防爆工厂爆炸危险评估数据,以防爆产品全生命周期过程中认证、选型、安装、维护、培训和管理为研究对象,结合相关防爆国家标准,将大数据分析和工业互联网理念引入防爆行业中,并开发防爆产品可靠性数据共享平台。该研究为涉爆企业提供安全可靠性系统评估数据支撑,形成一套面向防爆产品使用企业的防爆设备一体化管理平台。 At present,valve users and manufacturers use different standards in valve seat leakage rate test,resulting in confusion of standard reference,which is not conducive to the strength comparison between different valve manufacturers,or to performance evaluation of products from different manufacturers under the same standard by users.In order to solve the confusion of the above standards,let the valve using units and manufacturing enterprises understand the difference of the standards,unify the use of leakage rate implementation standards.The widely used national standards and international standards are studied,the standards are compared,and the applicable scope of each standard is analyzed.Through standard comparison and analysis,ANSI/FCI 70-2 control valve seat leakage standard test conditions,test pressure is unique,valve seat leakage rate data is unique,which is conducive to the horizontal strength comparison of the valve manufacturing enterprise,performance evaluation of products from different manufacturers under the same standard by users.Therefore,the selection of ANSI/FCI 70-2 as the control valve seat leakage rate implementation standard,is in line with technical development direction of the industry.
