摘要
在“一带一路”发展背景下,评价地区电子商务效率有助于优化经济结构,促进产业升级转型。以2017年沿线18个地区为样本,运用三阶段DEA模型对电子商务发展效率及影响因素进行实证研究。研究发现,“一带一路”沿线地区电子商务发展效率整体偏低,规模效率低是其主要因素。丝绸之路经济带和21世纪海上丝绸之路沿线地区效率值呈现出较大差别;环境因素对地区电子商务发展效率存在明显影响,其中综合技术效率和规模效率被高估,纯技术效率被低估;分区域对效率值进行分析,提出提升地区电子商务发展效率的建议。
Under the background of"The Belt and Road Initiative"development,evaluation of regional e-com-merce efficiency helps to optimize the economic structure and promote industrial upgrading and transformation.Taking 18 regions along the line in 2016 as samples,in this paper an empirical study is made on the development efficiency and influencing factors of e-commerce by using three-stage DEA model.The study found that the devel-opment efficiency of e-commerce along the"The Belt and Road Initiative"area is generally low,and the low scale efficiency is the main factor.the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road are quite different;environmental factors have a significant impact on the development efficiency of regional e-com-merce,in which the comprehensive technical efficiency and scale efficiency are overestimated and the pure tech-nical efficiency is underestimated.The efficiency value is analyzed in different regions and some suggestions are put forward to improve the development efficiency of regional e-commerce.
