摘要
三电平整流器把交流转化为直流,可用于双极性直流系统供电,但是在直流侧正负极母线负载严重不均衡的情况下,会引起两极母线电压偏差甚至失控。在此针对三电平整流器直流侧不平衡负载工况下,直流正负极电压母线偏差问题,通过在三相三桥臂基础上增加第4桥臂,用于对中点电位进行调节,并给出调制和控制方法。实验结果表明,所提的控制策略可以保证三相四桥臂整流器正常工作,满足直流负载全范围不平衡条件下稳定运行要求。
The three-level rectifier can convert AC into DC to supply bipolar DC system.However,when the load of the positive and negative bus on the DC side is seriously unbalanced,it will cause the bus voltage deviation or even get out of control.In order to solve the problem of DC bus deviation under unbalanced load on the DC side of rectifier,an additional fourth leg is introduced on the basis of three-phase three-leg convert,and the modulation and control methods are given.As a result,it can realize the power supply to the DC side under the condition of unbalanced load,and ensure the balance of the neutral-potential.Finally,the experimental results show that the proposed control strategy can ensure the normal operation of the three-phase four-leg rectifier,and meet the requirements of stable operation under various unbalanced DC loads.
