摘要
目的:探讨老年胆源性急性胰腺炎病人引入动机性访谈干预的效果。方法:选择2018年12月—2019年12月我院收治的老年胆源性急性胰腺炎病人112例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组56例。对照组行常规干预,观察组行动机性访谈干预,比较两组干预前后心理状态、治疗依从性及生活质量情况。结果:观察组干预1个月后心理状态评分均低于对照组(P<0.001);观察组干预1个月后治疗依从性优于对照组(P<0.001);观察组干预1个月后各生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:老年胆源性急性胰腺炎病人引入动机性访谈干预可改善其心理状态,提高治疗依从性及生活质量。
Objective:To explore effect of introducing motivational interview intervention in elderly patients with biliary acute pancreatitis.Methods:According to random number table,a total of 112 elderly patients with biliary acute pancreatitis in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019,were selected and randomly divided into two groups,56 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group received the intervention of action interview.The psychological status,treatment compliance and quality of life of patients in two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results:After one month of intervention,the score of psychological state of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.001).The treatment compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group after one month of intervention(P<0.001);After one month of intervention,the score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The introduction of motivational interview intervention could improve the psychological state,treatment compliance and quality of life of elderly patients with biliary acute pancreatitis.
