摘要
对正常咬合和错颌畸形情况下下颌骨在种植体支持下的生物力学响应进行了对比研究。通过建立磁性附着体下颌覆盖义齿的三维有限元模型,分正常咬合和异常咬合两种情况在右第一磨牙上施加垂直向下的载荷,记录种植体周围骨及黏膜的生物力学性能。在错颌畸形的情况下,种植体周围骨的最大等效应变略大于正常咬合情况,但都在生理耐受阈值内。黏膜在圆顶型种植体作用下所受最大等效应力最小。齿隙较大的错颌畸形患者的应力/应变值略大于其他错颌畸形患者。分析结果表明,错颌畸形患者可以像常人一样植入种植体正常生活,圆顶型种植体可作为有效治疗选择。
The biomechanical responses of a mandible supported by implants under normal and malocclusion were comparatively investigated.A three-dimensional finite element model for the magnetic attachment mandibular overdenture was established in two cases:normal occlusion and malocclusion.The biomechanical behaviors of the bone around the implant and the mucosa were recorded.In the case of malocclusion,the maximum elastic strain in the peri-implant bone is slightly larger than that under normal occlusion and both are within the threshold of physiological tolerance.The maximum equivalent stress in the mucosa is at the lowest level in a dome-type implant condition.The stress/strain value for patients with large tooth gap is slightly larger than that for other malocclusion patients.According to the analysis results,the patients with malocclusion can be implanted with implants as normal people,and the dome-type implant will be chosen as an effective treatment option.
