摘要
为规范危化品实验室管理,降低其事故风险,通过调研近20年的高校、科研院所、企业实验室事故,采用传统事故分析方法、"2-4"模型等分析事故原因,确定实验室安全水平关键影响因素;引入性能化实验室安全布局理念,以某科研院所实验室为例,运用FDS软件进行实验室安全布局优化。该研究结果可为实验室安全评估提供依据,预防实验室事故的发生。
In order to standardize the hazardous chemicals laboratory and reduce its accident risk, and through the investigation of accidents in university laboratories, scientific research institutes and enterprises in recent 20 years, the traditional accident analysis methods and 2-4 model are used to analyze the accident causes and determine the key influencing factors of laboratory safety level. The idea of performance-based laboratory safety layout is introduced, and the laboratory of a scientific research institute is taken as an example to optimize the layout for laboratory safety by using FDS software. The research results can provide a basis for laboratory safety assessment and prevent laboratory accidents.
