摘要
金属硫蛋白(Metallothioneins,MTs)具有分子量低、富含半胱氨酸及能与金属离子结合的特点,其广泛分布于微生物和高等动植物中。本文从植物MTs的结构和分类、表达调控及其重要的功能3个方面进行论述,通过对植物金属硫蛋白研究现状以及存在问题的分析,对该蛋白今后的研究方向提供建议,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
Metallothioneins(MTs)are low molecular weight,cysteine-rich and metal-binding proteins,which are widely distributed in microorganisms,higher animals and plants and human.In this paper,the structures and classification of plant metallothioneins,the regulation of MTs gene expression and its functions were discussed.On the basis of analyzing the current research situation and existing problems of plant metallothioneins,suggestions for the future research direction of plant metallothioneins were provided,and its application prospect was prospected.
