摘要
目前,全国各种机关事业单位纷纷借助短视频平台进行服务推广工作,对于公共图书馆行业而言,这是转型的机遇也是前途未知的挑战。从第一个公共图书馆2018年入驻抖音平台到现在,公共图书馆行业的短视频虽有发展,但相较其他政务号影响力却相当有限。本文收集全国公共图书馆开设短视频账号以来的相关数据,探究图书馆行业短视频发展存在的问题,通过内容分析法对热门短视频的内容、形式和传播效果三个方面进行分析,归纳出优质内容的生产规律,并提出内容制作、生产机制和运营管理三个方面的建议,为公共图书馆短视频推广工作提供参考。
At present,numbers of government organizations and institutions have registered on short-video platforms to promote the notion of colorful and plenty of services.For the public library industry,this is an opportunity for transformation as well as a challenge with an unknown future.Since the first public library entered Tik Tok in 2018,short videos in the public library industry have developed,but their influence is rather limited compared with other government accounts.The paper contains relevant data of nationwide public libraries’short-video registers since their establishment,explores the issue of library short-video production area,analyzes popular short-videos from three dimensions of content,form and dissemination effect by using content analysis method.Furthermore,the paper summarizes the rules of producing high-quality short-video content and gives suggestions in content production,content production mechanism and operation management,looking forward to promoting the short-video services in the public library area.
