机器视觉技术在农产品色选机上的应用 被引量:4

摘要 我国是一个农业大国,农作物产量居世界第一,农作物的加工量也位于世界第一位。色选机是利用被筛选农作物的光学特性进行光学检测和分选的一种自动化设备,它大大提高了农作物的加工效率,解放了手工等人力劳动强度。它综合采用了现代光学、电子计算机等领域的高新技术,而机器视觉技术作为农作物色选机的核心技术,结合当前图像处理算法的迅猛发展,机器视觉算法也在不断更新换代,农作物色选机的应用也日新月异,色选机的准确率和实效性不断得到提高,进一步提高了农作物的加工效率。 China is a large agricultural country,with its crop output ranking first in the world,and the processing quantity of crops also ranking first in the world.Color sorter is a kind of automatic equipment which uses the optical characteristics of selected crops for optical detection and sorting.It greatly improves the processing efficiency of crops and reduces manual labor intensity.It comprehensively uses high and new technology in modern optics,electronic computers and other fields,and machine vision technology as the core technology of crop color sorter.Based on the rapid development of current image processing algorithms,machine vision algorithms are constantly updated,and the application in crop color sorter is also changing with each passing day.The rule rate and effectiveness of color sorter have been continuously improved,and the processing efficiency of crops has been further improved.
