摘要
目的观察切开减压引流术治疗高位肛周脓肿的临床效果。方法200例高位肛周脓肿患者依据手术方法分为传统组和切开组,每组100例。传统组进行传统切开挂线治疗,切开组进行切开减压引流术治疗,比较2组治疗效果及围手术期情况。结果切开组的住院时间、伤口愈合时间短于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组手术时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。切开组术后2d、7d的VAS评分低于传统组,治疗有效率高于传统组,并发症低于传统组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论切开减压引流术能够有效促进高位肛周脓肿患者的术后恢复,治疗效果优于传统切开挂线,且安全性高。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of incision decompression and drainage in the treatment of a high perianal abscess.Methods A total of 200 patients with high perianal abscess were divided into a traditional group and an incision group according to surgical methods,with 100 cases in each group.The traditional group was treated with traditional incision and thread hanging,and the incision group was treated with incision decompression and drainage.Treatment efficacy and perioperative situation of the two groups were compared.Results The hospitalization time and wound healing time of the incision group were shorter than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The VAS score of the incision group two and seven days after surgery were lower than those of the traditional group,the treatment efficiency was higher than that of the traditional group,and the complications were lower than that of the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusions Incision decompression and drainage can effectively promote the postoperative recovery of patients with high perianal abscess.The treatment efficacy of incision decompression and drainage is better than traditional incision and thread hanging,and the safety is high.
