摘要
针对当前职业院校顶岗实习仍然存在且尚未得到有效解决的问题,如岗位分散导致集中管理困难、顶岗实习企业质量良莠不齐、专业对口率低、换岗率和离职率高、顶岗实习期间安全和思政教育缺失、学生保险理赔不顺畅、劳动权益受损维权难、过程管理缺少统计和督学环节等,将移动互联、大数据和人工智能技术相互结合,并以自行研发的顶岗实习管理系统为载体,从实用层面提出了解决上述问题的新方法,包括“远程签到打卡+电子围栏监控”“企业黑白名单+岗位智能推荐”“随身安全教育+云端思政教育”“保险理赔向导+在线维权帮扶”和“自动评分统计+定时督学提示”,显著提高了顶岗实习的管理水平和质量。
As to the problems that still exist in the current internships of vocational colleges and are still not solved effectively,including the centralized management difficulty caused by post scatter,the uneven qualities of the internship enterprises,the low professional-counterpart rate,the high job-hopping rate and wastage rate,the lack of safety and ideology educations during the internship,the inconvenience of the student insurance claims,the difficulty of protecting the student impaired labor interests,the lack of statistics and educational inspection for process management,etc.,this paper combines mobile internet,big data and artificial intelligence technologies together,using the self-developed internship management system as carrier,to propose the new methods for solving the aforementioned problems from the practical aspects.The new methods include remote sign-in and sign-out+electronic fence monitor,black and white lists of enterprises+intelligent post recommendation,portable safety education+cloud ideology education,insurance claims guidance+online help for labor interests protection,automatic score statistics+timing prompt of educational inspection,which promote the internship management level and quality remarkably.
