摘要
结合HSSE体系要素,从专业安全和安全专业的角度,分析施工作业安全存在的问题并提出改进建议,为保障生产装置安稳长满优运行提供借鉴。
Combined with the elements of the HSSE system,from the perspective of professional safety and safety specialty,this paper analyzed the problems existing in the construction safety,and put forward some suggestions for improvement,so as to make management exploration for ensuring the safe,stable,full and excellent operation of the production device.
