摘要
为研究甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒对美国白蛾的防治效果,开展甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒(Mb NPV)防治美国白蛾试验。分别用甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒10亿PIB·mL^(-1)悬浮剂、10亿PIB·g^(-1)可湿性粉剂、25%灭幼脲悬浮剂3种药剂对美国白蛾一代和二代幼虫进行喷雾防治。结果表明:在防治一代美国白蛾的试验中,10亿PIB·mL^(-1)MbNPV悬浮剂250倍液对美国白蛾的防效最好,虫口减退率最高,11 d时均达到100%。在防治二代美国白蛾的试验中,25%灭幼脲悬浮剂2 000倍液的虫口减退率和防治效果明显高于其他两种试验药剂MbNPV,而两种试验药剂MbNPV的虫口减退率和防治效果差异不明显。
Mamestra brassicae nuclear polyhedrosis virus(MbNPV)control experiment against Hyphantria cunea was carried out to study their control effect on H.cunea.MbNPV 10^(9) PIB·mL^(-1) suspension concentrate,MbNPV 10^(9)PIB·g^(-1) wettable powderand and 25%Chlorbenzuron suspensoid were used to control the first and second generation larvae of the H.cunea.Among the different treatments of the first generation larvae of the H.cunea,MbNPV 10^(9) PIB·mL^(-1) suspension concentrate 250 times solution had the best control effect on the H.cunea,and its insect population reductionrate was the highest which reached 100%in 11 days.In the treatments of the second generation larvae of the H.cunea,the insect population reduction rate and control effect of the control agent 25%Chlorbenzuron suspensoid 2000 times solution were significantly higher than the two MbNPV test agents.There was no significant difference in the reduction rate of insect population and the control effect between the two MbNPV test agents.
