摘要
铅、锌是我国国民经济重要的基础原材料,但同时铅、锌工业也属高污染行业,且《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》(GB 25466—2010)(以下简称《标准》)自2010年10月实施至今,已不能完全满足当前生态环境保护的标准和需求。2017年《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》(GB 25466-2010)实施评估项目组受环境保护部科技标准司的委托,对《标准》进行了综合评估。本文基于项目组对《标准》实施后的达标情况、环境效益、采取的各项管理措施等方面的评估,提出相关对策建议。
Lead and zinc are important basic raw materials for my country′s national economy,but at the same time lead and zinc industries are also highly polluting industries.The"Emission standard of pollutants for lead and zinc industry"(GB 25466-2010)(hereinafter referred to as"standards")implemented in October 2010,it has been unable to fully meet the current standards and needs of ecological and environmental protection.At 2017,"Emission standard of pollutants for lead and zinc industry"implementation evaluation project team was commissioned by the Science and Technology Standards Department of the Ministry of Environmental Protection to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the"Standards".This article proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions based on the assessment of the compliance status,environmental benefits,and various management measures taken after"Standard"implementation.
