摘要
【目的】探讨动态血压联合动态心电图监测对肾性高血压的应用价值。【方法】将2017年4月至2019年9月本院诊断的33例肾性高血压患者纳入观察组,将同期本医院收入的33例健康体检人员纳入对照组。两组受检者均行动态心电图、动态血压监测,记录两组动态血压监测数据、非杓型血压统计数、动态心电图中出现ST-T变化例数、心律失常例数,分析两组受检者白天及夜晚收缩压监测指标数据、舒张压监测指标数据。【结果】观察组患者白天及夜晚收缩压监测指标(157.60±9.15)mmHg/(154.26±8.20)mmHg、舒张压监测指标数据(96.20±3.39)mmHg(/94.88±3.10)mmHg大于对照组相应数据(收缩压(125.54±8.40)mmHg(/111.50±7.62)mmHg、舒张压(75.27±4.50)mmHg(/67.70±2.35)mmHg)结果(P<0.05);观察组患者收缩压白天(157.60±9.15)mmHg与夜晚(154.26±8.20)mmHg对比无显著差异(P>0.05),舒张压白天(96.20±3.39)mmHg与夜晚(94.88±3.10)mmHg对比无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组患者非杓型血压统计数、动态心电图中出现ST-T变化例数、出现心律失常例数大于对照组结果(P<0.05)。【结论】动态血压联合动态心电图监测对肾性高血压的诊断、心脏损害评估可提供重要参考。
【Objective】To explore the application value of ambulatory blood pressure(ABP)combined with ambulatory electrocardiogram(AECG)monitoring in renal hypertension.【Methods】A total of 33 patients with renal hypertension diagnosed in our hospital from April 2017 to September 2019 were included in the observation group.In the same period,33 healthy physical examination personnel in our hospital were included in the control group.The subjects in both groups were monitored by AECG and ABP,and the monitoring status of ABP in each group,the statistics of non-dipper blood pressure,the number of ST-T changes and the number of arrhythmias in AECG were recorded.Day and night systolic blood pressure monitoring index data and diastolic blood pressure monitoring index data in each group were analyzed.【Results】The systolic blood pressure[daytime(157.60±9.15)mmHg/night(154.26±8.20)mmHg]and diastolic blood pressure[daytime(96.20±3.39)mmHg/night(94.88±3.10)mmHg]in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[SBP(125.54±8.40)mmHg/(111.50±7.62)mmHg,DBP(75.27±4.50)mmHg/(67.70±2.35)mmHg](P<0.05).The observation group had no significant difference in systolic blood pressure(157.60±9.15)mmHg during the day and(154.26±8.20)mmHg at night(P>0.05),and no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure(96.20±3.39)mmHg during the day and(94.88±3.10)mmHg at night(P>0.05).The non-dipper blood pressure statistics,the number of ST-T changes and the number of arrhythmias in AECG in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】ABP combined with AECG monitoring can provide important reference for the diagnosis and cardiac damage assessment of renal hypertension.
