摘要
目的探讨室性心律失常患者血清miR-130a及白介素-10(IL-10)表达的相关性。方法选择2017年8月-2020月6月我院心内科诊治的冠脉综合征患者245例作为研究对象,根据室性心律失常发生情况分为室性心律失常组(n=80)与非室性心律失常组(n=165),比较两组血清miR-130a相对表达量及IL-10表达情况,采用Pearson相关分析血清miR-130a相对表达量、IL-10表达水平与室性心律失常的关系,并采用多因素Logistic回归分析冠脉综合征患者室性心律失常的影响因素。结果室性心律失常组血清miR-130a相对表达量、IL-10表达水平均高于非室性心律失常组[(15.83±1.42)vs(2.41±0.76)]、[(29.47±4.68)pg/ml vs(11.86±4.67)pg/ml],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,血清miR-130a相对表达量、IL-10表达水平与室性心律失常均呈正相关(r=0.672、0.567,P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,miR-130a相对表达量(OR=1.499)、IL-10(OR=1.097)为导致冠脉综合征室性心律失常的主要独立危险因素。结论冠脉综合征患者多伴随有室性心律失常,可导致血清miR-130a相对表达量及IL-10表达上升,同时血清miR-130a及IL-10也是冠脉综合征患者发生室性心律失常的重要危险因素。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum miR-130a and interleukin-10(IL-10)expression in patients with ventricular arrhythmia.Methods 245 patients with coronary syndrome who were diagnosed and treated in the cardiology department of our hospital from August 2017 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the occurrence of ventricular arrhythmia,it is divided into ventricular arrhythmia group(n=80)and non-ventricular arrhythmia group(n=165).Compare the relative expression level of serum miR-130a and IL-10 expression between the two groups,Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between serum miR-130a relative expression level,IL-10 expression level and ventricular arrhythmia,and multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of ventricular arrhythmia in patients with coronary syndrome.Results The relative expression level of serum miR-130a and IL-10 expression in the ventricular arrhythmia group were higher than those in the non-ventricular arrhythmia group[(15.83±1.42)vs(2.41±0.76)],[(29.47±4.68)pg/ml vs(11.86±4.67)pg/ml],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the relative expression of serum miR-130a and IL-10 expression were positively correlated with ventricular arrhythmia(r=0.672,0.567,P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the relative expression of miR-130a(OR=1.499)and IL-10(OR=1.097)were the main independent risk factors for ventricular arrhythmia in coronary syndrome.Conclusion Patients with coronary syndrome are mostly accompanied by ventricular arrhythmia,which can cause the relative expression of serum miR-130a and the expression of IL-10 to increase.At the same time,serum miR-130a and IL-10 are also important risk factors for ventricular arrhythmia in patients with coronary syndrome.
